Check out these two new Freebie finds of the week:
Save a Life, by National Health Care (NHCPS), now offers free app downloads, to help with your ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CPR needs. I downloaded it onto my Android phone from the APP store. So far, it seems like a useful app to have available, as it can guide me in a medical emergency.
Also, I'm currently trying out the free open source new Dissenter browser (from the creators of GAB, the Twitter alternative. Dedicated to the First Amendment, Dissenter states that "Where a user's speech is legal under U.S. law, it is allowed on our site." Try it at dissenter.com/download. Why try another internet browser? Dissenter blocks Big Tech ads and trackers by default. It also enables a comment section on every URL online, which sounds intriguing. It effortlessly imported all my passwords, bookmarks, and settings from my previous browsers. Security settings prevented me from updating my blog on Weebly, until I clicked on the green "Shield" icon, lowering security shields. So far, Dissenter seems to work well, and even play well with others. I haven't deleted my old browsers--yet--but I'm thinking about it.
