New homeschooling rates continue to skyrocket, in part due to pandemic restrictions, yet many parents increasingly struggle with tightened family budgets and decreased resources. In years past, many families have reported that they can homeschool, if necessary, "with nothing but a library card." This year, however, many libraries have closed, or restricted access, limiting print-based options for education-minded folks.
